This album sees the dinosaurs use guitars and more aggressive drums to add a heavier texture and aggressiveness to their songs. "Ripping Raptor" is the obvious example of what happens when the thunder lizards start shredding on their guitars and pounding on their drums.
- The Good: the older sound of Synthosaurus and quality compositions are still present. This is still Dinosynth, after all.
- The Bad: the audio sounds more compressed than usual, but that may be my setup. John Gaunt
